The end of the policy may include the date the policy reaches the end of its term, the date a claim is made, or the date the policy is cancelled.

If you provided contact details via a website but decide not to proceed further, we may keep your details for up to 24 months before deletion, unless a different retention period is required or permitted by law.

If we have obtained further details from you directly and you have received advice or a quote, we may store your data for a period of six years following the advice or quotation.

If you have applied for a policy through us, we may keep your data for a period of six years after your policy is cancelled, your policy term expires, or a claim is made resulting in the policy expiring.
